Pepper Spray Laws
Different states have different pepper spray laws. In some stats its little lenient, while in others quite strict. On this page we have
mentioned the pepper spray laws we are aware of. These may not be comprehensive. So please find the more correct information from the local
authories in your state about laws on pepper spray.
In some states pepper spray is restricted. Here is the list:
- Massachusetts - may not purchase pepper spray
- New York - may not purchase pepper spray
- Michigan - Can purchse OC Pepper spray which are not stronger than 2% concentrate. So purchase only Michigan approved pepper sprays.
- Wisconsin - Can purchase OC pepper spray which are not stronger than 10% concentrate and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams (i.e. 1/2 oz. to 2 oz. pepper sprays only).
