Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via UPS with-in 24 hours of the order. You will be given the UPS tracking number to track your package. Order recieved after 6 P.M. EST ( or weekends) are shipped next day. We cannot ship to PO addresses as UPS does not provide this facility.Please note that Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped to MA and NY due to various laws in these states. We currently ship only in USA. If you need to return some item for some reason, please follow the steps as mentioned below EXACTLY. - Please email us at orders@stungunspepperspray.com and get a RAI (Return Auth ID). Make sure you provide your full name, order id, order date, return item code, and the reason for return.
- Mention you RAI on your return shipping label to us.
- Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery date. All returns accepted or received after 30 days of delivery date will only receive an exchange.
- The product must be returned in good and packaged condition, with all the accessories and literature (if any).
